25th Annual Bare Bones International Film Festival
We visit with Sharon Ray, whom along with her husband Oscar, founded Oklahoma's premiere independent film festival just over 25 years ago in Muskogee, Oklahoma. With participants from around the world, the festival can proudly claim the title "International".
